In the voice and dance workshops, it is not necessary to have previous knowledge. For the other workshops, you do not have to be a professional musician, but we do ask for a minimum knowledge of the instrument you bring.

It is not possible to change workshops during the week. If for some reason, once you have arrived, you feel you need to change, it will be exceptionally possible only if the other workshop is not full, after verification with the organization. But be careful not to register to a workshop thinking you will be able to change once arrived, we cannot assure in any way that this will be possible. Also, you will be in the same workshop the whole week.
At the Iberian Encuentro, even if you sign up for a specific workshop, you will also rotate through the other workshops, so you’ll be able to try everything! There will also be moments of shared classes, and every afternoon we will gather together to share and play whatever we feel like.
Yes. You have to bring the instrument you need to be able to do the workshop you are signing up for. If you do not have the necessary material, don’t hesitate to contact us for instrument rental options.
To take into consideration : In the Iberian percussion workshops: It is mandatory to bring a “Pandero cuadrado” and “Pandereta”. In the sabar workshop, you have to bring sabar o djembe. If you don’t have them, there will be a rental option.

To make sure the server does not crash, you can save the Entrapolis link and go directly to their website without going through the Encuentro website. Make sure you register for the workshop you want, as it cannot be changed afterwards.
Registrations for the Iberian Encuentro will open on March 22 at 10:00 am.
Registrations for the Encuentro Senegal will open on March 22 at 11:00 am.
The forms will be available from that time. Don’t wait long, many workshops fill up very quickly!
Fill in the form for your chosen workshop and submit it. After registering, you will need to make a €30 payment to reserve your place, which will be deducted from the total. Then make a first payment by bank transfer within 15 days.. The rest of the payment will be made within 30 days of the first payment. If you do not make the payments in the specified time lapse, your registration will be cancelled. You will receive all the information for the payment (bank number, etc) by e-mail once the form is sent (check your Spam!!).
VERY IMPORTANT, after the bank transfer, please send us a payment receipt by e-mail in order for the payment to be registered correctly.
If you have to cancel your registration, this is the cancellation policy:
A) Up to one month before the workshop, 50% of the amount will be refunded
B) Less than a month before the event, there will be no refund
C) In the exceptional case that you cancel less than a month before the event but someone (from the waiting list or that you have found) will take your place, you will receive a 90% refund.
D) In no case will the €30 registration fee be refunded.
Yes, this is an adult-oriented course designed for adults 18 years and older. If you are under the age of 18 and are very interested by the workshop, contact us directly by e-mail or phone to explain your situation. No registration of children under the age of 16 will be accepted.
Yes, there are different prices and accommodation options:
in the hostel (bunk beds in shared dormitories)
in your personal van on site (limited option)
in your personal tent on site (limited option)
You can choose your accommodation option in the registration form.
You can come with your van or motorhome simply choosing the option in the registration form. The price includes the use of the facilities (showers, WC, etc) and all meals, which are included mandatorily for all.
