Singer and tambourine player from Cantabria, Alba Gutiérrez is one of the prominent figures of folk music in her region. She began her training in childhood and has been recognized in numerous traditional music competitions, receiving the award for Best Tambourine Player of Cantabria in 2013.
She has participated in international festivals and collaborated with numerous folk artists, expanding her experience across different vocal styles, from early music to Sephardic and Eastern-root repertoires.
She currently performs as vocalist of the Asturian group Corquiéu and in the project L.lueñe, combining her artistic activity with extensive teaching experience in traditional singing and percussion.
