Encuentro de músicas de raíz
This year, two Encuentros!
The Encuentro de Raíz will be from August 21st to 28th and once again in Castellnou de Bages. This year continues to be an Encuentro of Encuentros, and we will hear music from our peninsula, the Balearic Islands, Corsica, Sardinia, Greece, the Middle East, North Africa, West Africa, and Latin America.
As a novelty, this year, we propose the Petit Encuentro Ibèric, smaller and focused on percussion, voice, and dance from the peninsula. The Petit Encuentro will be held from June 21st to 24th in our beloved Convent de Pontós.
Registrations for both Encuentros will open on April 6th.
