DO I HAVE TO BE A MUSICIAN TO ENROLL IN THE COURSE?

In the singing and dance workshops, all levels are welcome. And in the Percussion workshops there will be two levels: Beginner and Intermediate.

CAN I SWITCH WORKSHOPS OR DO MORE THAN ONE?

It is not possible to change workshops during the week. If for some reason, once you have arrived, you feel you need to change, it will be exceptionally possible only if the other workshop is not full, after verification with the organization. But be careful not to register to a workshop thinking you will be able to change once arrived, we cannot assure in any way that this will be possible. Also, you will be in the same workshop the whole week. We do not offer the option of doing a multi-course by attending various workshops. But do not worry! There are moments of shared classes and every afternoon we will get together and share and play as we please!

DO I NEED TO BRING INSTRUMENTS?

Yes. You must bring the instrument you need to participate in the workshop you are signing up for. In the percussion workshop, it is essential to bring a “pandero cuadrado” and “pandereta” (tambourine). If you don’t have them, you can rent them.

…ABOUT REGISTRATION…

HOW DO I SIGN UP?

Follow the link to the “registration” section, where you will find everything you need to register.

Registrations will open on April 6 at 11 a.m.

The forms will be available from that time. Fill out the form for your workshop and submit it. After registering, you will need to make an initial payment of 160€ by bank transfer within 15 days. The rest of the payment will be made within 30 days after the initial payment. If you do not pay the amounts within the specified period, we are sorry, but your registration will be canceled. You will receive all payment information by email once the form is submitted (check your Spam!). It is VERY IMPORTANT that after paying, you send us the receipt to validate your payment.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REGISTERED BUT CAN’T GO AFTER ALL?

If you need to cancel your spot, this is the cancellation policy:

  1. A) Up to one month before the workshop, 50% of the amount will be refunded
  2. B) Less than a month before the event, there will be no refund
  3. C) In the exceptional case that you cancel less than a month before the event but someone (from the waiting list or that you have found) will take your place, you will receive a 90% refund.

IS THERE A MINIMUM REQUIRES AGE TO REGISTER?

Yes, this is a course oriented and designed for adults. If you are under 18 years old and are very interested in coming, explain your case to us, but in no case will we accept participants under 16 years old in the workshops.

…ABOUT ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS…

ARE THERE DIFFERENT ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS?

Yes, there are 3 accommodation options:

  • In the house (bunk beds in shared dormitories)
  • In your personal van on-site (limited option)
  • Without accommodation and only with meals

You can choose the option that interests you in the registration form.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE MY VAN OR MOTORHOME TO SLEEP?

You can come with your van or camper. You can choose the option on the registration form. The price includes the use of the facilities (showers, toilets, etc.) and all meals, which are mandatory for everyone.

CAN I CAMP?

No, there is not enough space in Pontós.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO REGISTER WITHOUT ACCOMMODATION?

Yes. This means that you neither sleep nor shower in the facilities offered, but all meals are included.

IS THERE AN OPTION TO REGISTER WITHOUT MEALS?

Yes. This means that you neither sleep nor shower in the facilities that are offered, but you will have all meals included.

ARE THERE MENU OPTIONS?

Yes. We offer two options: omnivore or vegetarian. We are sorry, but we cannot offer any vegan options. If this is a problem for you, contact the organization, and we will find solutions!

The organization and kitchen team make a great effort to adapt to different menus and needs. Therefore, you will have to respect the menu option you choose each day of the Petit Encuentro. Thank you for your understanding!

DO I HAVE ALLERGIES OR FOOD INTOLERANCE, ARE SPECIAL MENUS CONSIDERED?

Yes. Allergies and food intolerances are respected. You can communicate them in the registration form. The option Without gluten or Without lactose represents a small supplement of 2 euros per day.

CAN MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY COME AND VISIT ME?

During the Petit Encuentro, visits cannot be received.

CAN I COME WITH MY CHILDREN?

No, except for the final party. There is no childcare service during the week. If the only way to come is with your little ones, write to us at contacto@encuentroderaiz.com, and we will study each case specifically.
